How to stop or disable popup notification/message for android phone

This is how to turn off peeking notification / head up notification or whatsapp message or telegram message or etc while we are on other apps etc video, games, music player, google chrome, email.

But we still want to receive a notification dot and notification sound.

I believed everyone are looking for this solution for better privacy. Apologies for my terrible english grammar.


1. Go to 'Setting'

2. Click 'Apps & notifications

 3. Click which app that you want to stop the popup notification on top of your screen. You can choose either whatsapp or youtube or other apps. I would prefer my telegram app.

3. Then click ''App notifications'

4. Step four: select which person that you want to hide him/her popup message / notification e.g. your wife, your husband, your mom, dad, grandmother, grandfather

5. Step five: click on ''Importance"

6. Last but not lease: you will see four option. Then, click on 'High(Make Sound)'

If you click on 'Urgent(Make sound and pop n screen)', then you'll still receive the head up notification.

تُبْنَا إِلَى اللهِ

Cintaku tetap satu, hanyalah kepada Mu,

yang tersemat di ragaku..
